4. Subscription, Billing & Refund Policy

• The Service operates on a subscription basis. Your subscription grants you access to selected digital content and features for the duration of your active plan.
• No Refunds for Current Billing Period: By subscribing, you acknowledge that all sales are final for the current billing cycle (monthly, yearly, or otherwise). No refunds or partial credits will be issued for any used or unused portion of the current subscription period, even if you cancel early.
• Immediate Access to Digital Content: Upon payment, you receive instant access to premium prompts and materials. As these are digital products that can be fully downloaded, refunds are not possible once access is granted.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will remain active until the end of the paid period. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current cycle.
• Exceptions to the no-refund policy may be made only in cases of technical errors on our part or where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Service, including prompts, texts, designs, code, trademarks, and logos, are the intellectual property of BizzPrompts or its licensors.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written consent, except for personal or internal business use as intended.

6. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

• You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to access it by unauthorized means.
• Automated scraping, sharing paid content outside your organization, or using prompts for unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms or abusing the platform.

7. Modifications & Termination

• We may update these Terms or change the Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the website or by email.
• We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.
• If your account is terminated for violating these Terms, you are not entitled to a refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability for your specific needs. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizzPrompts and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.
